Citizen Engagement requires active involvement in the public projects, public policy making and decision making process. Citizen engagement involves citizen in the public decision making process. Citizens in performance audit process – monitoring and evaluation of the public bodies, sectors; with follow ups

Citizens can actively involve themselves in improving the public service delivery; demanding the newer technologies, improvement in the service delivery mechanisms showing dissatisfaction in the process; citizens can share their expertise and propose new initiatives
