Civic Sense, duties and responsibilities

Civic sense: understanding and practice of being a good citizen; sense of responsibility towards your community and the country you live in. 

Civic Sense:

Awareness and Consideration: aware of the norms and laws that govern your society and acting with consideration for others.

Respect: includes respecting fellow citizens, public property, and the environment.

Active Participation: active participation in your community, whether through volunteering, voting, or simply being informed about local issues.

Duties:

specific obligations a citizen has towards their country or community.  

Some examples include:

Obeying Laws:  

Paying Taxes:  

Serving on Juries (if applicable): Participating in the justice system when called upon.

Responsibilities:

 broader than duties and encompass the social and ethical obligations of being a citizen. These can include:

Voting and Participating in Elections:  

Protecting Public Property:  

Conserving the Environment:  

Helping Others:  

Civic sense is the foundation for fulfilling duties and responsibilities as a citizen. By being aware, respectful, and actively engaged, one can contribute to a stronger and more just society.
